Job Summary:

To succeed as a bank Teller/CSR, you should have a professional appearance and a customer-focused positive attitude. CSR duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening new accounts.
- Promoting the bank's services and cross sell bank products.
- Assisting customers with opening or renewing Certificates of Deposit.
- Troubleshooting a variety of customer issues.
- Closing accounts.
- Placing check orders.
- Check back daily maintenance.
- Scanning.
- Answering phones.
- Back up CSRs in the department.
- Assist customers with electronic banking needs, debit card needs, wire transfer requests, stop payments and more.
- Identifying/assisting with fraudulent activity on accounts and debit cards.
- Be knowledgeable of the Patriot Act.
- Ongoing required training and workshop participation.
- Participate in community activities to enhance public awareness of the bank.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.

Teller duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receives cash and checks for deposits; verifies amounts and looks for check endorsements. Examine cash carefully to guard against acceptance of counterfeit bills.
- Cashes checks for customers after verifying identification and checking account balances in accordance with bank policy.
- Enter transactions into the Fiserv Teller product and issue customer receipts.
- Redeem Savings bonds.
- Process payments including loan payments, credit card payments. safe deposit box payments as well as process credit card cash advances.
- Count cash balance at beginning of shift, and balances cash and checks, against computer records at the end of shift.
- Prepare bank cashier's checks.
- Explain bank services and charges to customers.
- Observe suspicious behavior and report any such activity to your supervisor and/or security personnel as appropriate. In the event of a robbery, remain calm and follow bank procedures to safeguard customers and staff.
- Balance ATM, coin machines, teller drawer and vault.
- Make a concentrated effort to solve customer problems.

- Computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to provide customers with courteous friendly service.

Job Summary:
FIRST STATE BANK needs an ambitious candidate who will, as an eSupport Specialist, be responsible for assisting First State Bank customers in all aspects of online banking. This position requires strong communication skills and experience with web browsers, smartphones, and tablets. Knowledge of First State Bank's online banking products would be a plus. Troubleshooting will occur via phone, email, and chat support. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction. - Assist customers in troubleshooting Mobile App issues
- Troubleshoot Zelle issues
- Assist customers with Online Payment Portal questions
- Direct Online Banking Secure Emails to appropriate departments

Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Demonstrate communication skills, particularly phone skills and email/writing skills
- Computer proficiency and experience with a background in Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office (primarily MS Word and MS Excel), and the five main web browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari). Mac experience would be a plus
