Thursday, May 8 - Straight No Chaser Concert - Join us for a fun filled evening as we head to Joliet, IL. OUr first stop will be at the beautiful Jacob Henry Mansion where we will tour and enjoy a delicious sit down dinner. Following our meal we will enjoy a concert at the Rialto Square Theater by the acappella group Straight No Chaser. (Click here for more details)
Friday, May 30 – Saturday, May 31: Cubs & Suds-Come along on this overnight excursion to Milwaukee, WI. This overnight trips starts with a meal at the famed Safe House Restaurant, then a tour of the Pabst Mansion & Brewery, followed with the evening game between the Cubs and the Milwaukee Brewers. The next morning you will have time on your own to enjoy some of the famous downtown locations. Following lunch on your own, we will relax on a tour cruising along the Milwaukee River before we return home. (Click here for more information.)
June 11 – Fiddler on the Roof @ Circa 21-If I Were a Rich Man…No, I'm not talking about money, but rather Fiddler on the Roof. Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of this memorable musical at Circa 21. We will travel to the Quad Cities and first enjoy a tour of the Isabel Bloom workshop where all items are handmade. Then we will enjoy a wonderful lunch and see the matinee performance of Fiddler on the Roof. (Click here for more information.)
June 28 – Tastebud Tour- Join us as we travel to Chicago via Amtrak for a delicious time. This tour features stops at the Palmer House Hotel, Berghoff, Pizano's, and Fannie Mae, and soooo much more. During our tour, we will also get to hear about some of the history of some of the more notable landmarks in the Chicago Loop. Following our food tour, we will stop by the National Broadcast Museum, one of the newer attractions in downtown Chicago before returning home via Amtrak. (Click here for more information.)
July 18 - Ladies Day Out - Come along with us to "The Forest City" otherwise known as Rockford, IL. We will begin our day with a relaxing tour of the Anderson Japanese Gardens. Following our tour, we will enjoy lunch at Shogun Japanese restaurant while watching the highly skilled chefs prepare our meal. Then we will start the afternoon with a river cruise on the Forest City Queen. We will tour the newly renovated Coronado Theater and finish our day at a chocolate bar with chocolate tortes. YUM!!! August 2 - Grandparent's Day - (Tentatively Scheduled) Our annual grandparents' day trip is currently planned for Chicago. We will travel to Wrigley Field for a 1 1/2 hour tour around the stadium. Following our tour, we will travel to the Museum of Science and Industry for lunch and to enjoy the entire afternoon as you choose at the museum. Due to current renovations planned this summer, we are waiting to receive confirmation about touring Wrigley Field. (Check back for updates.)
October 15 - "Place de La Musique" - One of Vista Club's most popular trips is back. Join us as we travel to the estate of the Sanfilippo family, owner of the Fisher Nut Company. This world renowned estate is known for its magnificent collections of beautifully restored antique music machines, phonographs, arcade and gambling machines, chandeliers, the world's largest restored theater pipe organ, the most spectacular European Carousel in existence, street and tower clocks and steam engines, all displayed within a breathtaking French Second Empire setting. Join us for a tour of this phenomenal estate. (More information coming soon)
December 7 - Beef & Boards Christmas Show - Fa La La La La - Join us this holiday season as we travel East to Indianapolis to BEef and Boards Dinner Theater for their annual Christmas Show Spectacular. The season is beautifully celebrated through song and story in this original production that has become a family tradition. Enjoy a buffet style lunch prior to the show and a delicious chocolate store stop after the show. (More information coming soon)

Saturday, March 15 - "The Fantastics Steampunk Version" - Dinner is at Francesca's in St. Charles, great food, good conversation, and drinks are available. Musical is at the Ramsey Auditorium at the Fermilab in Batavia. This musical is the longest running one ever on Broadway. The story is about a young couple who fall in love, fall out, and fall back in again! Steampunk version is mixing science fiction (think Jules Verne) with everyday happenings. Coach bus to pick up from Francesca's, deliver us to Ramsey Auditorium, and back again afterwards to Francesca's. Dinner, tax, tips, tickets all included.
Thursday, April 17 - "Get your Kicks on Route 66" Tour in Pontiac, IL- Tour of original route with Author John Weiss as we experience the tour he has perfected over the years- A tour of must see places: a 1906 jail cell, the Milltown Market, the Polka-Dot-Inn, and many more too numerous to mention that are along the route. Coach bus departs from St. Charles, lunch & snacks, fees, all included.
Wednesday, April 30 - After Hours Gala Event for Fox Valley Vista Club at the First State Bank location in St. Charles (2601 Oak St). - Meet the new Vista Club Coordinator for Fox Valley, Live music by local guitarist Greg Boerner, and a presentation of future trips the Vista Club is planning. Enjoy good food & beverages, great company, and good conversation!

Friday, June 27 - "How it's Made" tour in Bloomington/Normal- Tour local businesses to get a feel for what they do: visit a Wind Farm to get up close to one of those large windmills, stop for lunch at Destihl Restaurant, visit Ropp Jersey Cheese, and last, a tasting of great wines at White Oak Vineyard. Coach bus departs from St. Charles. Lunch, fees, tax, tip all included.
Friday, July 11 - "Girls Day Out" at The Fine Line in St. Charles, IL - Explore your creative side at this special 1 day – 2 class event. In the morning we will be learning how to make our own paper, and in the afternoon learn about 'lampwork' which is working with glass and making beads. All the product you create is yours to take home. Lunch & beverages provided for the day by the Fox Valley Vista Club.
