JUNE 4 - 11, 2015 -- MY OLD KENTUCKY HOME
Travel with Vista friends on this 8-day unique motor coach trip to Kentucky where you will experience horses, bourbon, Corvettes, coal mining, lakes, quilts, and much more. Visit several days in Louisville including the Galt House, Kentucky Derby Museum, Evan Williams Bourbon, Louisville Stoneware, and the Louisville Slugger Museum. Then board the Big South Scenic Railway at Stearns to see the historical Blue Heron Mine, followed by a visit to the Colonel Sanders Museum. You will stay at the Cumberland Falls Resort Park and have an opportunity to see the Cumberland Falls by river boat. Next is a visit to the world-renowned Corvette Plant & Museum. To complete the trip is a day in Paducah where you have your choice of venues including the Lloyd Tighman House & Civil War Museum, Hotel Metropolitan, River Discovery Center, National Quilt Museum, Yeiser Art Center, The Market Square and Museum, and the National Historic Railway Museum. On your return home, we will be stopping at Metropolis, IL to see The Super Museum & Gift Shop, home of all things Superman. Registration is open.
JUNE 22 - JULY 3, 2015 -- NORTH TO ALASKA
The rush is on! Alaska is on most everyone's bucket list and if you haven't been there, then this is a great opportunity. We are planning a 5-day Land + 7-day cruise on board the Celebrity Millennium, that will include beautiful scenery and nature at it's finest! We fly into Fairbanks for a day of sightseeing and a trip aboard the Riverboat Discovery Sternwheeler for your first taste of the natural beauty of this area; then travel to Denali Park to see this pristine wilderness and magnificient views. The Tundra Wilderness Tour at Denali will offer an opportunity to see untamed wilderness and native wildlife, and hopefully a peak at majestic Mt. McKinley. Upon leaving Denali, we will board the Wilderness Dome Railcar for unobstructed views of the golden valleys where wildlife abound. Hopefully, we can capture glimpses of eagles, moose, bear, caribou, and much more. We will enjoy a day in Anchorage and then board our luxury cruise ship at Seward with stops at Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, and view the magnificient beauty of Hubbard Glacier, Icy Strait Point, and the Inside Passage. We disembark at Vancouver for flights home with memories to last a lifetime! We are currently taking reservations at any Vista office.
Optional: Vista Club is also offering the option of a CRUISE ONLY portion to this Alaska Vacation. Dates: June 26 - July 3, 2015. Travelers will fly into Anchorage and meet the group in Seward upon boarding the cruise ship. A Vista Club Escort will accompany this trip also.

SUMMER 2016 -- CRUISING ON THE RHINE RIVER IN EUROPE
It's coming -- we will explore the Rhine & Mosel Rivers on a leisurely cruise through Germany in the summer of 2016. If we fill the ship with FSB Vista Club members from all FOUR of our regions, we can fly our own Vista Club flag on the ship! This "bucket list" trip begins by flying into Switzerland and enjoying two nights in beautiful Lucerne prior to boarding the ship in Basel. Then unpack your bags for 7 nights in your beautiful stateroom and watch as your European vacation comes to you! Picture yourself sitting out on the deck as ancient castles, steep vineyards, cathedrals, and lovely villages float by! We also will enjoy the last night aboard ship in Amsterdam but with sight-seeing available the last day before we fly home. Jean Simkins/Mendota and Bobbi Burke/Northern have both cruised the Rhine, and will be happy to share their experiences with you!
