Extended Trips - Costa Rica
Vista Club - Extended - Costa Rica
Tired of the cold, snow, and ice? Make plans now to join your Vista Club friends and escape next year's brutal Illinois winter with a visit to the tropical paradise of Costa Rica! First State Bank Vista Club and Natural Expeditions will provide a unique get-away to Costa Rica where the scenery is beautiful and the people fill the country with warm hospitality. Join us from February 2 – 11 of 2015 and enjoy the balmy weather in this beautiful country where the year around average temperature is between 79 and 82 degrees.
Explore Costa Rica's abundant plant and animal life, learn about the different cultural aspects, and feel the warmth of its people. Relax on the Caribbean while experiencing the best of the rain forest, learn about the agricultural products and volcanoes as you drive through the Costa Rica northern plains, and enjoy the beauty of the cloud forest while traveling to the Monteverde area. This tour program includes the most important highlights of Costa Rica such as Irazu Volcano, Arenal Volcano, Tortuguero National Park, Monteverde, the Tarcoles River, and the National Museum. Get a chance to commune with nature while hiking along hanging bridges, boating through the canals of the rain forest, relaxing at the hot-springs, and motoring on a river filled with crocodiles. Natural Expeditions offers us personal service and flexibility along with beautiful accommodations while providing customized opportunities for our natural adventure during your stay in Costa Rica.
A complete itinerary for our 10-day trip to Costa Rica offered by Natural Expeditions can be provided to you. Jose Rojas, a native to Costa Rica, is the owner of Natural Expeditions and has agreed to be our guide for this adventure. With his personal knowledge of the country, its culture, vegetation, and animal species, we will experience Costa Rica from the vantage point of a local. We will have many first-hand guided adventures by walking, boating, and busing across this plush Central American country. As an added bonus, Jose will provide a 2nd guide on several activities where you may want to take a more moderate approach to that day's adventures.
