The Fireside Theatre in Fort Atkinson, WI marked its 50th anniversary in 2014, and this milestone season will close with an all new edition of the popular holiday tradition. Named one of the country's finest attractions by the American Bus Association, the Fireside Christmas show has become a "must see" tradition for thousands of people throughout the U.S.Through songs, stories, and dance, this show captures the very heart and essence of the holiday season. The day includes a delicious lunch at the Fireside, and time to browse the wonderful gift shop.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17 – "NEWSIES" – Oriental Theatre, Chicago

Newsies took New York by storm and now it's coming to Chicago to the Oriental Theatre! It is the smash-hit, crowd pleasing new musical from Disney. A heart pounding, high energy explosion of song and dance -- they delivered the newspapers until they made the headlines. Newsies was the winner of the 2012 Tony Award for Best Score and Best Choreography! This performance is in Chicago for four weeks only!

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2015 -- "GAELIC STORM" -- Egyptian Theatre, DeKalb, IL

Enjoy the music of this chart-topping, multi-national Celtic Band in their performance at the Egyptian Theatre in DeKalb and treat your Valentine to a special evening of fun with Vista Club friends. This band has built a loyal following as diverse as the band's own music by infusing traditional Celtic music with modern influences. They will be mixing crowd favorites and concert staples with previously unreleased recordings, including "Whiskey in the Jar" and "Irish Party in Third Class" from the Titanic. Prior to the performance, you can drool and purchase handmade chocolates at The Confectionary, followed by dinner at the Hillside Restaurant with a choice of (3) entrees: Pan Fried Almond Trout, Beef Stroganoff, or Chicken Saltimboucca.
